Membership suspension:

Please note you will not be able to suspend during Membership commitment period.

Suspension may be for a minimum of 1 week and maximum of 3 weeks' for any single suspension period (free of charge), or will otherwise incur AUD 15 weekly suspension fee from week 3 onwards.

Suspension may occur for a maximum of 5 times in one calendar year, or will be charged a fee of $15 for each additional suspension.

Simply complete this form and our team will be in touch to confirm your suspension request. We will need at least 7 business days' notice for any suspension request.
